  • What happens if we onboard and offboard employees?

    Administrators can add new users and remove users directly from the Culturefy app. If your number of employees is shifting significantly or your business needs have evolved, please get in touch with our customer support team to discuss.

  • How can I report an issue in Culturefy web or mobile application?

  • How do I reset my password?

    You can reset your password in Account Settings, then Password Reset, or click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page to reset your password.

  • How to add and delete a user in Culturefy?

    You can add single and multiple users in Culturefy by selecting Settings > User > Add User (if one person only) or Add Multiple Users (if two or more persons). Enter the person’s information and role in the system, and click the Save button.

    Developing a Personal Brand Culture strategy through Culturefy will help you make friends with like-minded individuals in your workplace, find mentors who are compatible with your experiences and learning needs, and join helpful Resource Groups with coworkers who share your backgrounds. You must complete your personal information about your work, life, and culture.

    Brand culture is how the hired employees of a company, or people who could apply, perceive the experience of working for it. By developing a brand culture strategy, companys will have an understanding of where their brand is today and where it wants to be in the future.     3. Can I create a customized survey in Culturefy?

    Yes. Company leaders can customize surveys with Culturefy. Surveys allow you to share your thoughts, experiences, and suggestions, and they can often induce discussions for positive changes in the workplace.


  • How to use Culturefy Learning?

    1. Can others see the content that I have been watching on Culturefy Academy?

    Other users will not be able to see what you have viewed. Only you and the administrator can access your learning activity, such as courses viewed or completed. Others may be granted sub-admin privileges to access the users' learning activities. 


    2. Can I assign courses to other people?

    To assign courses to other users, you need admin or sub-admin privileges. 


    3. Can I create and upload my own video courses to Culturefy Academy?

    Admin users and sub-admin who have been given access can add content to Culturefy Academy. 


    4. How can I see what courses I have taken or completed?

    You can access the courses or learning paths you’ve completed from the My Courses page. Click on "Learning" in the left navigation and select Courses.


    5. How to share my certificate?

    You can share certificates by clicking Learning in the left sidebar and then click Certifications. Select the certification you would like to view, share, or print.







  • How to use Culturefy Rewards?

     1. How to send reward points to someone?

    You can send reward points through the rewards page, social feed, and recipient profile.


    2. What can I redeem with my reward points?

    Culturefy allows you to give and receive reward points, which you can redeem for valuable rewards such as gift cards, clothing, and more.




  • How to use Culturefy Community?

    1. What can I do with my Social Feed in Culturefy?

    In social feed, you can view and edit your main and mentorship profiles, create and view posts, send reward points, and view your recognizing history.


    2. How to create live videos?

    In Social Feed, you can create live videos by clicking the "Live Video" on the blue post editor > Add details about your video > Set up the camera and microphone sources > Select "Go Live Now" to instantly start your video when you're done setting up, or select "Schedule" to schedule your video room to open at a specific time. You can also input the date and time with controls that appear upon selecting "Schedule".


    3. Can I join resource groups outside my company?

    Yes. You can join a resource group to meet fellow members of your culture and talk in a safe community space.


    4. Can Culturefy notify me when the event I want to join is about to start?

    Yes.  In Culturefy, you can enable notifications for specific events. Just click Community in the left navigation > Events > Click the notificaiton bell to the right of the event title. Culturefy will notify you when an event is about to start, or if there is a change in schedule for that event.


    5. Can I gain a mentor and be a mentor to others?

    Yes. Culturefy allows you to find a mentor and mentor others. You need to set up your membership profile in the Social Feed or Mentorship Bio so that other users can view your skills and experiences.


    6. How to set up my mentorship profile?

    You can set up your mentorship profile on both Social Feed and Mentorship Bio. You just need to add your professional skills, life experiences, and cultural groups to your profile. Click the "Edit" button next to the title of the Mentorship Profile.




  • How to use Culturefy Campaigns?

      1. Can I assign a co-host to the workspace I created?

    Yes. You can invite your coworkers and assign friends you trust to co-host the workspace.


    2. How to host a virtual meeting in Culturefy Workspaces?

    To host a virtual meeting in the workspace, click the Team tab, then Meeting. You can assign and change the contributor roles to host, listener, or speaker and remove them from the workspace.


    3. Where can I see the tasks I have assigned, and how can I know what their progress and status are?

    You can see the tasks, progress, and deadline on the Task page in Campaigns


    4. I want to post a job opening, how can I do it using Culturefy?

    Admin can post job openings in Campaigns by clicking Recruiting > Jobs > Add a Job. Fill out the information, including the job description. You can also add interview questions. This will allow you to keep track of your interview progress within Culturefy.


    5. How do I schedule a video call interview with my applicant using Culturefy?

    To schedule a video call interview with the applicant, you need to select Campaigns > Recruiting > Interviews > Schedule interview > Fill out the information and input the interview date and time > click Save.


    6. How do I invite other users to join my interview with the applicant?

    To invite other users to join during the applicant’s interview, click the Campaigns > Interviews > Time slot on the interview calendar > Add user > Search or click the user you wanted to invite and join the call.
